More than 20 years ago, Gadi brought his love for winemaking from Israel to Brooklyn, where he began making wine in small batches as a hobby. That passion grew into Hamartef—a boutique kosher winery known for its natural, preservative-free wines.

Because no bisulfites are used, the flavor is pure, smooth, and unlike anything found on store shelves. Each year, Gadi crafts about 1,000 bottles of a single varietal, available only by calling to place an order. Hamartef remains a labor of love, rooted in tradition and crafted by hand.
